Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, trust administration, and probate.
2. Draft and review legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents.
3. Conduct research on complex legal issues to ensure that our clients' assets are protected and their wishes are carried out.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
5. Collaborate with tax professionals and financial advisors to develop comprehensive estate plans.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in trust and estate law.
3. Licensed to practice law in the state.
4. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills and trusts.
5. Strong understanding of estate and tax laws.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
