Mid-Level Java FS Developer (Angular+AWS)

CGI has an immediate need for a Mid-Level Java FS Developer (Angular+AWS) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. • This is a hybrid role to either Plano, TX, or Reston, VA, candidates will be onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Your future duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a strong Mid Full Stack Developer with Angular and AWS experience to work on real implementations in a highly dynamic and fast-paced Agile environment. This incumbent is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of web applications. Our platform allows us to provide our clients with enterprise level mobile and web solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Requires 6+ years relevant experience
• AWS Full Stack Developer - Java 11/17, Angular11, GraphQL, Microservices experience, Springboot, Hibernate
• AWS development experience using Java, Node.js, Lambda/API Gateway services and scripting.
• Design, build, test, deploy and support deployment of tools in AWS.
• Strong experience in AWS EC2, ESC, S3, Cloudformation
• Worked on NOSQL/DynamoDB, Oracle, RDS
• Experiences in full life cycle application/system development
• Experience developing in distributed application environments (Database, Transaction Management)
• Experience writing conceptual and detailed design documents, and developing large scale enterprise applications following an Agile execution model
• Experience with Application integrations (SOAP/REST Web Services, ESB, JMS, File/Data transfers, etc.)
• Familiar with GIT repositories (Bit Bucket) and Agile Methodology/SCRUM/Kanban, UCD, Terraform, Docker/Container basics
• Source Code Control/Feature Branching/CICD Pipeline Basics, Version Control
• CANDIDATES NEED TO BE WILLING TO WORK 3 days/week onsite (Reston, VA or Plano, TX) - NO EXCEPTIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
