Join us as an Operations and Delivery Manager within CTO. This role will ensure best-in-class delivery management practices, aligned to our Innovation operating model to drive consistency, efficiency, quality and performance across Innovation projects and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with:

• Innovation Delivery Management: Experience leading end-to-end delivery of an innovation lifecycle of applied innovation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and existing frameworks.
• Relationship Management: Proven track record to engaging and aligning stakeholders to deliver innovation including opportunity and challenge, objectives, governance structures, and strategic priorities, with experience leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Technology Literacy & Innovation: Strong grasp of digital platforms, AI, emerging technologies, and customer innovation with experience of applying strategically to drive innovation.

• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Ability to navigate a fast-changing landscape, including shifts in market conditions, fintech disruptions, and emerging technologies. Comfortable adjusting strategies as needed.
• Process Improvement: Experience developing and refining repeatable and sustainable processes to enhance efficiency and scalability for innovation, whilst driving Agile adoption to support continuous improvement
• Regulatory Acumen & Risk Awareness: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and risk management practices, ensuring that innovation strategies align with industry regulations.
