Quant Analytics Associate

As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Data and Analytics team, you will leverage data-promoten insights to improve customer journeys and operational performance.

Job responsibilities

• Lead and support partnerships with key Operations stakeholders and Product groups, applying strong business and data expertise
• Provide analytics leadership to Product strategy groups across the CCB Operations organization
• Develop and report on Operations performance metrics and KPIs using advanced analytical methods
• Analyze customer interactions across multiple channels to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
• Build business cases, design tests, and analyze program performance to inform customer strategies
• Prepare and deliver presentations of insights and recommendations to executives and business partners
• Create automated visualizations and self-service tools using Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Alteryx

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field
• Five years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Hands-on experience with at least four of the following: SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx
• Experience sourcing, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured data
• Strong understanding of data mining, statistical concepts, forecasting, and predictive modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior leaders
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics methods
• Ability to mentor team members and foster growth opportunities
