As a Product Delivery Associate in Customer Identity & Authentication, you will enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles and driving delivery. As an emerging member of the team, you will collaborate across the organization to ensure products continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role. This hybrid position covers both manual and automation testing in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing opportunities to develop expertise in both areas.
Job responsibilities - Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
- Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
- Create testing automation framework to analyze system performance to ensure high availability and continuity of processing with a variety of tools using Automation script development skills (well versed in programming languages.
- Identify Automation Test Environment requirements and design for complex cross functional software systems using disciplined software design processes
- Develop automation scripts/tools for continuous deployments. Ensure automation tests adhere to established process and standards
- Testing Script development using any Testing Tools (QTP, UFT, Selenium etc.,) Utilize strong VB scripting, Excel Macros, QTP skills
- Effectively manage multiple streams of work and organize self (and others) to deliver on time. Exercise good testing principles as well as good defect management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related engineering fields (e.g., B.Sc, B.E, MCA, M.Tech in Computers/Electronics).
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated expertise in product management, project management, or related fields.
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software automation testing.
- At least 2 years of experience in automation framework development and scripting, including writing queries.
- Proficiency in automation framework development, with strong programming skills (preferably in Java).
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Git)
- Experience with web testing methods and writing SQL queries (SQL Server 2012 or higher)
