Python & AI/ML Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Python Developer - Team Leader in the Operations team, you will conduct business analysis to gather requirements  and develop solutions for operations on python and AI/ML tools. Your role will involve translating these requirements into process improvements and solutions for operational efficiencies. You will be responsible for gathering information, developing, and implementing automation and the digitization strategy. Your work will support the Operations function by delivering the outcomes of the automation.
 

Job responsibilities

• Develop solutions for operation on python and AI/ML tools
• Research, gather, and prepare information for analysis and reporting 
• Contribute to and support projects and initiatives with key stakeholders 
• Execute basic solution design and development, and troubleshoots technical aspects
• Collect, analyzes, and monitors automation in test and production while adhering to the firm’s standards and controls

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Graduate with at least 3years of development experience on Python or AI/ML
• Proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Understanding of basic software development principles 
• Basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications and other coding languages such as UiPath and PEGA
• Beginner level skills with an understanding of business analysis, development, testing, and deployment
