JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Product Delivery Associate in Product Journey Testing and Deposits 2.0 Infrastructure/Livesite, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

Job responsibilities 

  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies 
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements 
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability 
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines 
  • Design and automate near real‑time dashboards for test quality and service health, including test execution and regression trends, defect throughput, and livesite KPIs such as incidents, availability, change success, and capacity/health.
  • Ingest and normalize test and observability data from qTest, Jira, and CI/CD logs via approved APIs/connectors; schedule refreshes and publish daily/weekly—and executive—snapshots with clear, documented metric definitions for self service consumption..
  • Apply approved AI and automation to generate quality and reliability summaries, surface themes, and draft progress narratives with human‑in‑the‑loop review; configure alerts for test SLO/SLA breaches, failure or defect spikes, and service health degradations, routed to owners in Teams/Jira.
  • Collaborate with QA leads, SRE/livesite stakeholders, and engineering leads to prioritize test and observability metrics, iterate on visualizations, and translate insights into actionable remediation for executive and working‑level audiences.
  • Continuously identify and retire manual steps in test reporting and telemetry workflows; propose and operationalize new test quality and service health KPIs and visualizations aligned to evolving objectives while adhering to firm policies and approved tooling.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area 
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area 
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams 
  • Strong data skills: SQL and Excel/Power Query; familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git.
  • Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/Looker) and building stakeholder‑ready dashboards with consistent, documented metric semantics.
  • Hands‑on with Jira (JQL, dashboards), Confluence, and a test management tool (qTest/Xray/Zephyr); familiarity with testing lifecycle and metrics (pass rate, coverage, defect severity/SLA, burndown).
  • Exposure to metrics and experience with orchestration (Power Automate/UiPath) and approved AI tools for summarization/classification/anomaly detection with human oversight.
