Salary: £75,000-85,000

Experience:
Designing and deploying scalable systems for high-traffic, public-facing services.Working closely with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced delivery environments.Building alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders; bridging organisational boundaries.Leading and mentoring engineers, driving architectural clarity and raising standards.Using cloud platforms such as AWS in complex, real-world environments.Evaluating and adopting emerging technologies that unlock new value for users.Experience in developing and championing technology strategies that guide long-term delivery and change.
