Overview:
You’ll join a newly formed digital transformation team, leading business process re-engineering initiatives. This hands-on role involves facilitating discovery workshops and capturing detailed process flows. Precision in documentation, version control, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset are essential to drive business-critical transformation.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale business process re-engineering projects, especially in a digital transformation setting

  • Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) — formal certification preferred

  • Proficiency in Agile principles and familiarity with recognized project management frameworks

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and enabling technologies

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience measuring and reporting process change impact

  • High proficiency in process mapping/documentation tools like Visio or Lucidchart

  • Superior written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and quality control

  • Strong knowledge of documentation version control and associated best practices/tools

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops to elicit and analyze business requirements and processes

  • Produce comprehensive, accurate records of workshops and key discussions

  • Develop and maintain process flows and diagrams using BPMN 2.0, based on stakeholder input

  • Digitize and systematically organize process documentation and notes, ensuring accessibility and proper version control

  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver progress updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to provide actionable improvement recommendations

  • Partner with business and technology teams to ensure re-engineering aligns with digital transformation strategy
