What you’ll be doing

Regional HR Leadership and Business Partnering

  • Lead, coach and develop a regional HR team
  • Ensure consistent operational HR standards, capability and delivery across all locations
  • Partner with local leadership teams to provide commercially sound people support and act as the escalation point for complex people matters within the region
  • Ensure all people practices align with local labour law and company values
  • Support organizational transformation projects and oversee HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership

Performance, Reward & Progression

Alongside the HR, Operations and Technology leadership teams; continuously oversee key people milestones, including:

  • Performance review cycles
  • Promotions and progression frameworks
  • Pay and bonus processes
  • Work closely with the local HR team, Regional HR Director and Senior Leadership

Manager Capability & Training
Design, develop and implement manager training programmes, with focus on:

  • Performance management
  • Feedback and development People decision-making and leadership behaviours.
  • Oversee and support ongoing manager metrics to track and report on manager performance Systems & Projects
  • Regional needs in system design, rollout and adoption
  • Drive change management and adoption across local HR, teams and managers

What you'll bring

  • Significant experience in a senior HR Lead or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a high-growth international organisation
  • Strong grounding in performance management, ER and manager coaching
  • Experience working with compensation, levelling or benchmarking frameworks
  • Track record of delivering HR programmes in scaling or complex organisations
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
