We're looking for a creative, outcomes‑driven Assistant Communications Manager to shape how Boots shows up in wellness - helping to secure high‑quality media and creator coverage that supports customer confidence, while delivering engaging internal communications that keep colleagues connected.
Working as part of the Internal Communications team, you will combine external storytelling with thoughtful colleague-focused content. You will be contributing to campaigns, events and day‑to‑day activity that champion everyday healthy habits and put trusted expertise at the heart of our messages. You'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure our stories are consistent, accurate and aligned to our wider strategic priorities.
