This is a unique opportunity to shape how we show up as an employer, helping position us as a destination for talent in Birmingham and beyond. 

You’ll sit at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and People Experience, playing a key role in how we attract, engage and retain the talent that powers our next phase of growth. 


This is a hybrid role based out of our Birmingham HQ, with the expectation that the successful candidate will attend the office 2-3 times per week. 

Build a talent community not just a pipeline

  • Create meaningful connections with talent through events, meetups and partnerships

  • Engage with universities, local networks and communities

  • Build and nurture talent communities aligned to key hiring areas

Shape our employer brand

  • Design and deliver employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns

  • Create compelling content that brings our culture and people to life

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support priority hiring and improve attraction and conversion

Create standout employee experiences

  • Support onboarding and early employee experience through cohort based approaches

  • Deliver engaging internal events and moments that matter

  • Build relationships with culture champions and inclusion networks

Tell stories that matter

  • Surface authentic employee stories and turn them into engaging content

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints

  • Use data and insights to measure impact and continuously improve

  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing and community building 

  • A track record of delivering campaigns, events or content that drive engagement

  • The ability to operate both strategically and hands on

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across People, Talent and leadership teams

  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and optimise performance

  • Energy, creativity and a passion for building meaningful experiences and communities
