As a Project Manager/Analyst in Large Scale Strategic group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Operations teams through migration efforts within the Payment Operations organization and youâll contribute to transformation and change programs, ensuring our solutions are innovative, well-designed, and aligned with our mission. Within LSSP, the Readiness, Enablement, and Migration (REM) program team oversees all aspects of program delivery, ensuring clients are safely migrated to our new payments platform, Graphite and you will be central to REMâs collaboration with impacted teams, leading stakeholder engagement, and driving successful outcomes across the organization.
Job responsibilities
Support and guide project teams globally, ensuring consistent use of planning tools, techniques, and best practices for effective collaboration.
Focus on stakeholder management and communication, operations and migration readiness, and project tracking.
Manage time effectively across multiple projects and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Co-ordinate and conduct Production Verification Testing (PVT) of functionality, production flows, and target processes in support of client migrations.
Lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and progress.
Identify and resolve issues, using strong interpersonal skills to drive consensus and maintain momentum. Ensure deployment of all REM support in each market to drive business readiness for client migration, collaborating with business analysts, technical teams, and local stakeholders.
Use data analysis to create client demographics and migration strategies and oversee planning, tracking, and reporting of progress in readiness and client migration delivery, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Ensure understanding of the scope of our group regionally, including accounts, system access, and stakeholder engagement requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proven project management experience, including planning, tracking, and delivering complex initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience tailoring messages for diverse audiences.
Ability to use data to inform requirements and client migration strategies and a strong understanding of the âbig pictureâ and alignment with clientsâ goals.
Effective conflict management and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuously improving practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize and deliver under pressure and effective collaboration with team members and cross-functional working groups.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experienced in project delivery methodologies (Agile etc.), requirements gathering and program delivery.
Experience in client and operational readiness, with a focus on senior stakeholder engagement.
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Alteryx training available to support data analysis (if required).
Technical skills development in global payment products.
Due to Highland Oaks campus transformation this role is temporarily based in Fountain Square. On completion of the building refurbishment the role will move back to Highland Oaks.
