Job responsibilities

  • Regularly provides guidance and direction to business and technology teams, contractors, and vendors—removing adoption friction, prioritizing use cases, and clarifying decision points.
  • Shapes decisions that influence product design, functionality, and ways of working, balancing customer needs, controls, and long‑term scalability.
  • Serves as a function‑wide subject matter expert on how to responsibly and effectively apply AI/ML to business problems, from concept validation to scaled adoption.
  • Acts as an advocate for firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices across the Software Development Life Cycle, promoting consistency, simplification, and reuse.
  • Influences peers and decision‑makers to evaluate and adopt leading capabilities where they create durable business value, with clear measures of success tied to OKRs.
  • Establishes and tracks adoption and value metrics (e.g., time‑to‑value, delivery throughput, cost efficiency, reliability) and uses insights to iterate the enablement model.
  • Partners with product managers and business stakeholders to align roadmaps with JPMorganChase OKRs, prioritize the highest‑impact use cases, and sequence investments.
  • Champions targeted automation and standardization of common tasks and controls to reduce manual effort, improve quality, and speed delivery across teams.
  • Creates and delivers enablement materials (playbooks, guides, workshops) and runs forums that scale knowledge, reinforce best practices, and support change management.
  • Fosters a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect through mentoring, recognition, and community engagement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 7+ years in analytics, data, or AI/ML‑adjacent roles, including 3+ years leading cross‑functional product enablement or platform adoption with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience guiding teams through the full delivery lifecycle and improving stability, quality, and time‑to‑value through process and practice improvements.
  • Strong ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear business value propositions, stakeholder‑ready narratives, and actionable adoption plans.
  • Deep understanding of how modern data and AI capabilities support product strategy, with the judgment to balance innovation, risk management, and operational scale.
  • Experience operating in cloud‑enabled environments and working across multiple teams to align processes, governance, and ways of working.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; adept at aligning diverse groups around outcomes and driving decisions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience enabling or operating enterprise AI/ML platforms (e.g., Generative AI platforms, Databricks) and scaling adoption across multiple lines of business.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices, governance, and controls in regulated environments, with experience partnering with risk, legal, and control functions.
  • Proven track record defining and reporting OKRs and adoption KPIs, and using insights to shape product roadmaps and investment prioritization.
  • Experience designing operating models that standardize and automate common workflows to improve consistency and reduce cycle times.
