The Global Redemptions Experiences Product Team is responsible for the strategy and execution of all Platform Redemption capabilities. The team plays a key role in defining and delivering against the overall business strategy, with innovation at the heart of almost everything we do, utilising a customer centric approach to Product Management.
 
This role provides an opportunity to become an integral part of a Global Product team. You will be responsible for all Direct Credit to Accounts redemption products.
You will need to have a strong understanding and experience of defining business outcomes along with creating and tracking measures of success for these outcomes. You need a strong understanding of Customer Loyalty programs and platforms.
 
How will you make an impact in this role?
 
This role is a lead Product Manager responsible for the development of key Direct Credit redemption Capabilities, Select and Redeem, Amount Based Statement Credit, Cash Deposits and the Global Redemption Customer Eligibility.
This role is also critical in the delivery of our transformation efforts in US and International as well as major growth initiatives that power the growth of American Express.
 
Key responsibilities are:
  • Key POC in Loyalty to deliver and transform Redemption capabilities with Business, Channel, Finance, Control, Loyalty to ensure a smooth transition, using a
  • prioritized roadmap.
  • Collaborator with Partners, US market, Finance, and channel to deliver key growth initiatives Amount Based Redemption where Customers can Credit their Brokerage account in international markets
  • Creating the backlog of features to deliver Growth and Transformation, ensuring all the acceptance criteria are met and we have clarity on customer experience/pain points
  • Working with all dependent teams to ensure that they have clarity on the needs and requirements from Redemptions to meet our outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to absorb and analyse information from multiple sources with strong root cause, analytical and resolution skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong consultative and collaborative skills with the ability to communicate complex information in simple English for widely varied audiences.
  • Strong and proven organizational skills with the ability to track to and drive roadmap deliverables in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
  • A customer centric critical thinker, who can look at redemption capabilities, processes, customer experience and identify opportunities to test, learn and transform a product through innovation, constant improvement and user validation.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding expectations in a matrix, outcome led environment
