Salary: $125,000 - $170,000 per year

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least three years of dedicated family law experience to join our in-office team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, modifications, and enforcements
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents and handle discovery
• Conduct hearings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
• Communicate consistently with clients and move cases forward efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience focused on family law
• Strong courtroom experience in hearings and contested matters
• Excellent communication, writing, and client management skills
• Active bar license in the state with good standing
