Direct Sales Consultant (English and French)

A Full-Time role

Dubai (UAE, in partnership with OIC), Egypt and Hong Kong (China) as well as regional offices in mainland
China, Singapore, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Panama, Guatemala and Ecuador.

Role overview: 
This role will focus on solving complex queries and ensure first rate communication to customers throughout
the sales and issue resolution process.
The role will adhere to regulatory requirements and ensure processes and standards are adhered to.
What you’ll do: 
 Take inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment
 Ensure each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last
 Introducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.
 Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions
are recorded.
 Ensure product and service knowledge is always current and up to date to correctly educate
intermediaries and consultatively sell products.
 Knowledgeable on the competitor activity and products
 Use sales and negotiation skills to correctly assess the members’ needs
What you’ll bring: 
 Sales background, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge
 Experience of legal and regulatory frameworks
 Experience in negotiating and managing high value contracts.
 The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner.
 Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
 Ability to speak French.
Regulatory core competencies:
 A clear and comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and legal environment as appropriate for
the role
 A sound knowledge of the business and the responsibilities of the role
