The Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the ERP Architecture team. In this exciting role, you will work closely with senior architects to learn the fundamentals of process and SAP architectures. You will progressively assist and excel in the ERP architecture design process along with senior design architects.

What You’ll Work On

In association with senior architects and subject matter experts, you will:

• Help ensure value achievement by designing long-term architectural design for Abbott’s ERP environment – for on-premise as well as cloud-based solutions.
• Help ensure best practices and standards for large ERP implementations.
• You will work in a collaborative environment that harbors and welcomes new ideas.
• With the opportunity to work with experienced leaders, you will progressively demonstrate cross-functional collaboration:
  • Work with functional teams to understand end-to-end processes (Commercial, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, data, and integration teams to understand how SAP fits into the broader IT ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong willingness to learn and apply. Desire to learn and expand skills through self-study, coaching, and hands-on job experience.
• Be a problem solver
• Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities.

Preferred:

Project management and/or Business Analyst experience

The base pay for this position is $50,700.00 – $101,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
