Scope of Role:
As Data Analyst, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our programme, uncovering insights from

opportunities (e.g., “Why do EVs in Spain sell 20% slower?”).
- Build dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs like stock turnover, pricing accuracy,
and regional sales performance.
- Support the Desirability Index initiative by validating data inputs and refining scoring
algorithms.
2. Salesforce & Marketplace Data Integration
- Extract and transform Salesforce data (e.g., customer onboarding timelines, payment
histories) to identify bottlenecks.
- Partner with engineers to ensure seamless data flows between Salesforce, ERP systems,
and the marketplace platform.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Product Managers to A/B test new features (e.g., dynamic pricing rules) and
measure impact.
- Provide Finance Teams with actionable reports on payment success rates, invoice
discrepancies, and revenue trends.
- Support Marketing with segmentation analysis to target high-value buyers/dealers.
4. Data Governance & Quality
- Monitor data pipelines for anomalies (e.g., missing inventory records, mismatched
pricing).
- Document data dictionaries and ensure GDPR compliance in reporting.
- Advocate for data literacy across teams through workshops and training.
5. Pan-European Analytics
- Regionalise insights to address market-specific challenges (e.g., France’s aging stock vs.
Germany’s EV demand).
- Analyse cross-border trends (e.g., “How do fuel price fluctuations impact used diesel sales
in Italy?”).
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Essential
- 3+ years as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in B2B, automotive,
or marketplace platforms.
- Expertise in SQL, Python/R for data manipulation, and visualisation tools (Power BI,
