Senior AI Product Manager

Are you passionate about building AI products that deliver real business value? At Virgin Media O2, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – AI/Data to join our high-impact Data Products team.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll drive the development and adoption of AI-powered products that deliver measurable commercial outcomes across a large-scale enterprise.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end product development of AI/ML-powered solutions – from ideation to deployment and adoption
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to define the right technical approach while keeping business value front and centre
• Own the AI product roadmap, aligning initiatives with broader business strategy and P&L impact
• Translate complex business problems into structured, AI-driven product opportunities
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, aligning stakeholders across commercial, operational, and data domains

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Experience in Product Management, ideally in data/AI-centric environments
• Proven experience leading AI/ML product delivery (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP, forecasting tools, intelligent automation)
• Strong background working with data scientists and data engineers in cross-functional teams
• Ability to build and communicate business cases for AI initiatives, with track record of delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, efficiency, or engagement)
• Excellent problem-solving toolkit – can dissect complex problems and design pragmatic, scalable product strategies

The other stuff we're looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

• Background in consulting or enterprise transformation (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture)
• Experience working within large, complex organisations or regulated industries (e.g., banking, telco, fintech)
• Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts and technologies – enough to challenge and shape technical direction
• Experience delivering personalised or hyper-personalised AI solutions (e.g. recommendation engines, targeted content, customer segmentation) is a huge plus
