As a Product Associate in Trust and Security, you help deliver solutions that strengthen our fraud risk management. You work with product and technology teams to optimize processes and support secure, customer-focused outcomes. Job responsibilities

  • Assist product owners in delivering customer-focused solutions.
  • Support coordination of product delivery activities and release management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Participate in technical and functional sessions for solution design.
  • Help create requirement documents, data flow diagrams, and user stories.
  • Contribute to test scenario development and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and partners.
  • Identify and resolve issues to support project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Uphold Trust and Security standards in all work.

  

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of product management principles.
  • Interest in fraud risk or financial services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
