We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Provide professional consultancy/support timely for application teams’ queries/requests.
• Work with Java and Spring Boot experienced developers
• Ensure the technical design/code structure is technical coherent, future proof and compliance with technology standards and regulatory obligations.
• Hands-on coder
• Collaborate with Enterprise/Solution Architects, Business Analyst to deliver high quality APIs to enable reusability in the Group.
• Design and build solutions by increasing customer satisfaction and align solutions to the business and IT Initiatives for the Fixed Income desks.  
• Build solutions with an engineering mindset that not just achieve functional objectives but also cater to non-functional requirements with consistent performance that help our business to grow revenue.
• Interact with local and global business analysts, project managers, technical architects and developers, detailing the design and driving quality end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate closely with global technology teams and support functions, with regards to strategy, operating model, implementation, production support transition and project lifecycle governance.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience 6+ years in CORE java and Spring boot.
• Solid and proficient skills in Java, Spring Boot, Micro Service
• Knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
• Strong foundation in Restful design practices
• Experience in modelling data in JSON.
• Experience in Scrum and Agile
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Maven, Security Checks)
• Experience in Unit Testing, Data Mockup for JUNIT testing and Automation Test
• Strong communication, analytical, design and problem-solving skills
