About this role

Are you ready to drive excellence in our courier network? As a Network Efficiency Senior Analyst within the Global Courier Quality team, you will lead strategic data analysis to optimise our global operations. You will collaborate closely with the Delivery Logistics Analytics team to deliver insights that improve outcomes for couriers and customers alike. We care about your growth and look for someone who embodies our values to help us stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Collaborate with the Global Courier Quality team to drive excellence in courier network optimisation.
• Implement strategic initiatives that deliver short-term tactical changes for improved network efficiency and performance.
• Provide deep analytical support to lead the formulation and execution of innovative new network programs.
• Drive continuous improvement by reporting on process changes and identifying opportunities for post-roll-out enhancement.
• Lead competitive benchmarking and market comparison activities to inform strategic decision-making and organisational competitiveness.
