To be successful as aLive Confidence Testing Lead, you should have experience with:

• Planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to business implementation and ensuring the successful deployment of releases for Virtual Accounts.
• Managing release-related service incidents and resolving problem records during delivery and warranty periods, while providing additional support for live production BAU incidents.
• Stakeholder management with ample verbal and written communication skills, while building good relationships with a network of key cross-functional partners.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and JIRA.
• Understanding of different test phases and the delivery lifecycle of a release.
