The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions that support critical business and client outcomes. In this role, you’ll use your advanced SQL and Python expertise to develop robust ETL pipelines, support cloud data migration initiatives, and help shape reliable, high-performing data environments.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data

• Develop efficient, reliable data solutions using advanced SQL and Python

• Support cloud data migration projects, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and optimization

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and platform performance

• Contribute to best practices in data engineering, documentation, testing, and deployment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer delivering production-grade data solutions

• Advanced SQL and Python skills, with the ability to work across complex data sets and workflows

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL processes in enterprise environments

• Experience supporting cloud-based data platforms and migration initiatives

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a thoughtful and structured approach to problem-solving

Bonus Points For

• Experience with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Familiarity with data warehousing, orchestration, and pipeline automation tools

• Experience working in consulting, financial services, or other regulated environments

• Exposure to data governance, data quality, or metadata management practices

• Experience mentoring teammates or contributing to engineering standards
