As Talent Acquisition Resourcer based in Barnsley, you will ensure the attraction and direct hire of current and future depot staff at Evri, managing the entire recruitment life cycle from attracting and sourcing high-calibre candidates to ensuring an excellent and positive onboarding experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
You will be accountable for:
Reviewing, updating, and posting engaging job averts that demonstrate our company values in line with the Evri brand guidelines
Seeking opportunities to create brand awareness and build candidate pipeline
1st Stage application sifting and/or phone interview including candidate rejection and feedback where appropriate
Maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) by role vacancy and/or campaign
Booking and manage interviews by liaising with candidates and hiring managers
Closing the Recruitment process with candidates e.g. verbal offers or rejections with feedback where appropriate
Provide stakeholder updates on a proactive and by request basis
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
You will have proven recruitment experience, internal/in house or agency recruitment
Ability to manage multiple and at times, high-volume recruitment
Excellent attention to detail and adept at building and maintaining solid relationships with candidates and key stakeholders across the business
Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
We encourage flexible working to fit your individual needs, however this role will be based on site in Barnsley 2-3 days per week.
