About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive – SMB to drive SaaS revenue growth across Australia and New Zealand by identifying opportunities and engaging key school stakeholders. You’ll manage a defined product portfolio, build a strong pipeline through outbound calls and inbound leads, and convert new business across the region. Strong product knowledge will enable you to showcase Tes solutions, navigate diverse sales cycles, and uncover cross‑sell opportunities.
Success in this role requires someone who is self‑motivated, target‑driven and adaptable to market changes, with a genuine passion for helping schools find the right digital solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high‑performing team and support the future of school SaaS across ANZ.
