Job Summary
The Campaign Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support marketing campaign operations. This role will play a key part in driving marketing campaigns and ensuring consistent operational support for end users. The individual will focus on providing support to marketing operations teams across divisions as well as headquarters. We are looking for someone with advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools and a strong understanding of industry best practices in marketing operations.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC v8), ensuring high quality, scalability, and on-time delivery
Design and implement complex campaign workflows, including advanced segmentation, targeting logic, and deployment strategies
Translate business and marketing requirements into technical campaign solutions and customer journey workflows
Work closely with Division partners to understand pain points and collaborate with technology partners and HQ teams to resolve
Build, execute, and optimize cross-channel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, QA, Data Engineering, Product teams) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with business objectives
Perform campaign validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure operational excellence and minimal production issues
Continuously analyze campaign performance and execution processes to identify optimization opportunities
Demonstrate a proactive learning mindset by adopting new Martech capabilities, tools, and industry best practices
Contribute to standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of campaign operations within the Martech ecosystem
