Product Delivery Director

As a Product Delivery and Site Lead, India, you will serve as the senior leader for Product resources based in India, collectively forming the India Product Hub within Core and Emerging Rails Product organization. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision for the Product function in India, driving delivery excellence, fostering a high-performing team culture and positioning the India Product Hub as a center of innovation and talent within the global Payments organization. You will play a hands-on role in product delivery for Emerging rails - working closely with Technology and Engineering partners to ensure alignment and execution of delivery objectives. Your contribution will be pivotal in championing best practices, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that the India Product Hub consistently delivers high-quality outcomes that support business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Defines and execute the strategic roadmap for the India Product Hub, ensuring alignment with global Product objectives and best practices.
• Serves as the senior point of contact for Product resources in India, within the broader Payments organization.
• Builds and nurtures a cohesive, high-performing Product team in India.
• Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring team members are engaged and motivated.
• Drives and support the delivery of critical initiatives across Emerging rails, with a focus on horizontal requirements and agile execution.
• Works closely with Technology and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution of delivery objectives, fostering strong cross functional collaboration.
• Oversees the prioritization and management of the book of work, ensuring efficient and optimal utilization of available resources to meet business goals. Monitors progress, proactively address delivery risks and issues and ensure timely, high quality delivery of Product outcomes in the Emerging rails space.
• Champions the adoption of best practices in product delivery, leveraging agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks. Partners closely with Technology leaders and stakeholders in India to ensure seamless execution of Product deliverables.
• Facilitates effective collaboration between Product and Technology teams, driving alignment and shared accountability.
• Champions the growth, development and engagement of Product talent in India.Implement strategies for talent attraction, retention and upskilling, positioning the team as a center of excellence.
• Engages with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate progress, challenges and opportunities. Represents the India Product Hub in global forums and contribute to shaping the overall Product strategy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on large scale technology program concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Delivery or related leadership roles within Payments or Financial Services.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience partnering with Technology teams to drive product outcomes.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and talent development.
