IT Service Manager - Risk

Description

This role supports safe and reliable technology services across Heathrow. You will help keep information, systems and suppliers aligned with expected standards. You will bring clarity to risks, support practical controls and help colleagues across the airport understand what needs attention. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure risks are recorded, reviewed and handled in a consistent way. The role is hybrid, with some travel to Heathrow sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate central view of technology risks and ensure updates are clear and well‑documented.
• Work with cyber and technology teams to confirm risks are understood, recorded and handled by the right people.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure actions are followed through.
• Track risk‑related supplier activities and share clear updates on performance and obligations.
• Support ongoing improvements by reviewing service activity and helping teams adjust processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to review information and present it in a clear, concise way for different audiences.
• Experience working in a technology, aviation, logistics or similar operational environment.
• Practical experience supporting service delivery or service assurance activities.
• Comfortable working with suppliers and colleagues to gather information and agree actions.
• Able to work with structured processes and adapt them where needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for a range of stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience using risk management or service management tools.
