We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to join DXC Technology’s Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation programme. This is a pivotal role where you will help shape the foundation of a major transformation—ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and ready to support the organisation from day one.
You’ll play a central role in designing and delivering a thoughtful, end‑to‑end data migration approach, bringing legacy data into the new SAP landscape with care, precision, and confidence. Working in close partnership with business and technical teams, you’ll help create a shared understanding of data, build trust in outcomes, and support successful go‑live and long‑term adoption.
As SAP Data Migration Lead, you will be the programme’s trusted authority on data migration, guiding strategy and delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and technical domains. You’ll bring clarity, structure, and reassurance to complex data challenges, ensuring quality, consistency, and readiness at every stage of the journey.
You will facilitate Explore workshops to define scope, legacy sources, and transformation logic, and you’ll coordinate mock loads, reconciliation cycles, and validation activities. A core part of your role will be fostering strong collaboration, resolving issues constructively, and helping stakeholders feel confident in the integrity of the data moving into S/4HANA.
