Summary
The Transformation Lead is responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end transformation of the Digital & Technology function focussed on cost optimisation, operational efficiency and technology modernisation. Working closely with the CDTO, leadership and business partners, this role will drive the overall programme that simplifies our operating model, improve efficiency, simplify our estate and accelerate adoption of modern engineering and AI capabilities.
Acting as the central integrator across strategy, people, process and technology, the Transformation Lead ensures the programme has clear direction, disciplined governance, and measurable progress. The role will partner closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and functional experts to embed new structures, capabilities, and behaviours, ultimately enabling D&T to operate with greater agility, transparency, and value creation.
