JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Vice President, Product Manager for Small Business Credit Cards at JPMorganChase, you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for millions of small business customers. You will lead a team of product managers and a cross-functional squad – including designers, data scientists, and engineers – to deliver innovative solutions that improve the cardholder experience. As the customer's advocate, you will partner closely with internal teams to turn insights into features and customer experiences that drive business growth and satisfaction. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the small business cardholder experience across digital, servicing, and branch channels
  • Translate data driven insights into impactful product launches and customer experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive product development  
  • Author requirements and user stories  
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics  
  • Mentor and develop product managers within your team

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • 7+ years of experience in product management in high-volume, data-rich environments
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate insights into products 
  • Strategic thinker with experience making trade-off decisions and connecting details to the bigger picture

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in financial services especially cards, wallets, or payments
  • Experience launching new products in account management, spend management, or payment enablement
  • Familiarity with APIs and agile environments
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or experience with data analysis tools
