Job Title: Managing Consultant - Analytics & Insights
Your Profile
We are looking for natural leaders who bring a combination of technical expertise, consultancy experience, and leadership skills to excel in this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate most or all of the following bullet points:
Proficiency in at least three of the four analytics technologies below:
- Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven, use of Dataverse) and/or Power Automate. Copilot Studio experience also desirable.
- Programming language (Python, R or SQL)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and exposure to Cloud Architecture principles
Strong technical knowledge in at least one of the three following areas:
- Data Modelling
- Geospatial data/tools
- Generative AI tools
Consulting Experience:
- Significant experience in a major consulting firm and/or a proven consulting background, with evidence of effective project and stakeholder management to deliver successful outcomes
- Experience in proposition building and commercial/business development by utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader relationships, company ties and your own network
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and determination to drive success in all areas, including identifying and pursuing opportunities and delivering high quality outcomes
- Strong project management and governance skills
- Extensive experience leading agile methodologies or Lean approaches
- Significant experience in leadership and coaching
- Proven experience leading multiple workstreams and/or acting as a product owner
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor
- Experience in data ingestion, integration, data quality and observability and dataset identification
