Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the functional and technical requirements
- Be able to guide the team but also do hands-on development when needed
- Partner with team members to build robust, efficient, effective solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, and architects
- Implement solutions aligned to the enterprise strategy leveraging strategic tools/technologies, patterns, processes
- Evaluate and make decisions around the use of new or existing technologies and tools, influence technical teams to build the right systems that can scale to the needs of the business
- Build exemplary architecture solutions in terms of efficiency, stability, extensibility, and the ability to evolve over time
- Decompose significantly complex engineering problems into straightforward solutions
- Take the lead on projects that may require the work of several teams to implement and develop code as per design specifications and make sure deliverables comply to coding standards
- Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development process
- Lead team in an onshore/offshore model
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance software functionality and user experience
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends to apply innovative solutions to complex problems
- Optimize and fine-tune AI algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Lead the development of AI-based tools and applications that align with business objectives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience working with .NET Technologies: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, WebServices
- 4+ years of experience with SQL Server, MYSQL, Oracle or other comparable RDMS database system
- 2+ years of experience with front-end technologies like Angular or React
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- 2+ years of experience with APIs / micro-services
- 2+ years of experience with code scanning and security tools for code vulnerability, code quality, secret scanning, penetration testing and threat modeling
- 2+ years of experience with unit testing frameworks
- Ability to use AI and AI enabled tools in daily work for productivity increase
- AI builder, proven ability to propose AI driven projects
