The Senior Audit Manager has shared responsibility for the overall operation of the Firm’s Assurance department from a staff management, project service and delivery perspective. Responsibilities include:

• Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans, set objectives, and coordinate the audit process to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Financial Statement Review: Scrutinize financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy, identify errors, and maintain transparency for stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment and Management: Identify and assess risks within business processes, operations, and financial systems, then develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure the organization adheres to all relevant government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise junior auditors, review their work, provide guidance, and conduct training sessions to support their professional development.
• Reporting and Communication: Communicate audit findings, potential risks, and recommended corrective actions to management and other key stakeholders.
• Internal Control Enhancement: Design and implement internal controls and policies to safeguard assets and improve the overall integrity of financial reporting and business operations.
