Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Our attorneys manage cases end-to-end with meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client contact, and hands-on responsibility. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values strong advocacy, sound judgment, and practical problem-solving.
Our practice is built around high-stakes family law matters and a modern approach to legal practice. We value strong legal writing, courtroom confidence, and thoughtful client representation. Attorneys work closely together, share strategy, and support one another while maintaining autonomy over their matters. We operate with a hybrid structure that balances flexibility with engagement and mentorship.
Busy NYC matrimonial practice seeking an experienced Family Law Associate to handle complex, high-stakes divorce matters. This is a hands-on role for attorneys who thrive in a fast-moving environment and want direct courtroom and client exposure.
Role Highlights:
Court appearances in all NYC boroughs
Drafting motions, pleadings, and managing depositions
Full case ownership from intake through litigation
Direct client interaction in emotionally complex cases
Requirements:
3+ years of matrimonial or family law firm experience
NY Bar admission required
