We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Client's Firm in San Diego. We are looking for a team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a transactional legal assistant
• Strong administrative skills with expertise in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience supporting real estate development, acquisitions, and transactional matters.
• Exceptional word processing and proofreading skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate AIA, AIR, and CAR systems.
