As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and analytically Trader to join our Treasury Markets team sitting at the heart of the business and playing a key role in execution, optimisation, and strategy.

This role is suited to candidates who have already gained hands-on experience in a trading or front-office environment and are looking to build on that foundation within a fast-paced, commercial setting.

As a Trader within Treasury Markets, you will support the execution and optimisation of pricing, funding, and liquidity strategies across a growing product suite. You will work closely with dealing, risk, operations, and technology teams, gaining direct exposure to core trading activities and infrastructure.

Please note that this is an onsite role that will require you to work within our London office (near Liverpool street) 5 days on site per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain pricing and financing models across a range of increasingly complex products
  • Identify and execute opportunities for cash and liquidity optimisation, including management of the firm’s Liquid Asset portfolio
  • Support execution, optimisation, and reporting of funding rolls and associated hedge trades
  • Assist in managing and developing strategies to mitigate currency risk
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of the Treasury Management System (TMS)
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance pricing and risk management algorithms
  • Support funding activities across short-term and long-term debt capital market (DCM) programmes
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and confidentiality requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in a trading or front-office aligned role (FX, Equities, Fixed Income, or derivatives preferred)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skillset, with the ability to apply this in a live market environment
  • Solid understanding of financial products, derivatives, and market structure
  • Advanced Excel skills; Python experience is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
