Associate VP of Enterprise Engineering & Security
As the Associate VP of Enterprise Engineering & Security, you will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, enterprise engineering, and security compliance. You will lead teams in developing and executing strategies that ensure secure, compliant, and efficient systems. A core part of your role will be balancing the implementation of innovative technical solutions with the regulatory requirements across global regions. You will work closely with senior leadership to align IT operations, engineering practices, and security protocols with the overall business objectives, while also managing complex technical projects to drive operational efficiencies.
In this role, you will provide leadership across IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, and reliable. You'll oversee the adoption of automation solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual work, while ensuring that enterprise data is managed effectively, including governance and integration practices that maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Additionally, you will play a key role in setting and enforcing security policies, safeguarding the organization’s assets, and ensuring compliance with security standards like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
You'll also work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure alignment between technical and business goals. Acting as a key communicator, you'll help translate complex technical and security concepts into understandable terms, ensuring cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization.

What We’d Like to See
We encourage applicants from a range of backgrounds and experiences to apply. While a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial, equivalent professional experience is also highly valued. Ideally, candidates will have around 8+ years of experience in IT, security, or enterprise operations, with some leadership experience. However, we are open to individuals who bring a different mix of skills and experiences that demonstrate their ability to manage teams and deliver results across IT operations, enterprise engineering, and security or compliance domains. Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2 is useful, but not a requirement — we value a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges.

You should have a demonstrated ability to align technical strategies with business objectives, as well as expertise in managing cloud environments, driving automation, and leading complex technical projects.
