About this role

Are you a motivated professional ready to Lead in a fast-paced technical environment? Joining our United Kingdom Record-To-Report (R2R) team, you will Deliver high-quality financial reporting and take ownership of key accounting processes. We Care about your growth, offering a supportive space to finish your professional qualifications while collaborating across the business to drive excellence. This is a unique opportunity to gain international exposure and make a real impact on our financial integrity.

These are some of the key ingredients to the position:

• Prepare monthly and statutory financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the United Kingdom fixed asset register, overseeing laptops, devices, and furniture.
• Take ownership of delivery cost journals and perform in-depth balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead forecasting for below Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) items.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and enhance data accuracy.
• Drive excellence by independently leading process improvement and automation projects.
• Support audit requests and maintain compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

What will you bring to the team?

• Part-qualified accountant status (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong technical skills.
• Ambitious and self-motivated approach with a determination to succeed in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines through effective problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Power Query and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with Workday knowledge being a plus.
• Commitment to acting responsibly by maintaining high standards of internal controls.
