DXC Technology is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Pursuit Solution Integrator to join our Global Solutioning Services team. You’ll sit at the heart of our major pursuits—translating customer needs into robust, commercially sound, technically deliverable solutions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the solution strategy for medium‑complexity pursuits. Your focus will be on shaping, validating, and presenting solutions that span data centre services, on‑prem hosting, server platforms, and secure network environments.
You will:
Own the end‑to‑end solution—from requirement capture through to conceptual design, costing, and governance.
Collaborate – Work together as part of dedicated Pursuit Teams, creating proposals for high profile strategic client infrastructure solutions and programmes of work
Engage directly with customers to understand outcomes, challenge assumptions, and shape a solution that aligns with DXC’s strategy.
Translate requirements into high‑level architectures, leveraging DXC’s hosting, infrastructure, and managed service capabilities.
Lead solutioning sessions with service towers, architects, technical SMEs, and third‑party vendors.
Build accurate cost and resource models, covering labour, hardware, software, and third‑party components.
Validate vendor quotes and work alongside DXC Supply Chain experts to ensure commercial terms, discounts, and assumptions are correct.
Document risks, assumptions, and constraints, ensuring clarity and governance compliance.
Create and present technical content for sales proposals, governance boards, and client presentations.
Ensure smooth handover into delivery, supporting transition where required.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who combines presales acumen with deep technical grounding in traditional and modern hosting environments.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
Strong presales or solution consulting/architecture experience.
Ability to pick up a requirement, shape a solution, cost it, and defend it.
Background in data centre operations, server hosting, on‑prem infrastructure, networks, and secure environments.
Experience working with multi‑tower solutions and integrating inputs from multiple technical teams into a cohesive whole.
Confidence leading solution workshops and driving clarity across stakeholders.
Strong commercial awareness and experience building cost models and dealing directly with 3rd Party vendors and quotations.
Ability to work in secure environments and understand data classification/security implications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
