We’re now looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of some of our largest and most high-profile corporate accounts, playing a critical role in driving growth, retention and long-term partnerships across our client portfolio. This is a high-profile role where you will work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, influencing strategy, shaping commercial outcomes and delivering best-in-class service.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll have end-to-end ownership of your accounts, balancing commercial performance with service excellence. You’ll lead complex contract negotiations, oversee service delivery, identify growth opportunities and act as a trusted partner to your clients.
Please note the successful candidate will be travelling to the Barnsley hub on a regular basis so this must be commutable.
Key Responsibilities
Own the management, retention and growth of Evri’s largest and most high-profile client portfolios
Manage the full end-to-end customer lifecycle, including contract management, rate negotiations and volume growth
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance margins and service performance
Lead up-sell and cross-sell activity across Evri’s products and services
Maintain and manage client cash flow and commercial performance
Partner with Operational teams to design and deliver service improvement and recovery plans
Analyse data and customer insight to drive change and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and client-side directors
Share technical knowledge and coach junior colleagues, helping to develop wider team capability
