Programme Manager - Technology Transformation

DXC’s Insurance Software and BPS business provides a range of software and services to the global insurance market including life, wealth, health, commercial and speciality, property and casualty, and reinsurance. The Role

Lead complex technology transformation programmes for DXC's insurance software solutions. You'll manage multi-million-pound budgets, drive stakeholder engagement at C-suite level, and deliver large-scale initiatives across Commercial Specialty, Broking, Reinsurance, and Life & Wealth Insurance.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Proven track record leading large-scale, complex technology transformation programmes
• Strong expertise in waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience with data migration, integration, and legacy system decommissioning
• Excellent stakeholder management and budget/commercial acumen
• Vendor and third-party management proficiency
• Deliver complex, multi-stream software projects in a vendor environment for demanding, high‑profile clients

Preferred:

• Insurance solutions experience (policy administration, claims, underwriting)
• Professional certifications: PMP, ITIL, SAFe Agile
• Mainframe modernization or cloud migration delivery experience
• Cloud platforms knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)
