As an Internal Recruiter based in Coventry, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring both current and future depot staff at Evri. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing high-quality candidates to delivering a positive onboarding experience, ensuring candidates remain informed and engaged throughout the process.
Key responsibilities:
Reviewing, updating, and posting engaging job adverts that reflect company values and align with Evri brand guidelines
Supporting the transition of temporary workers into permanent roles
Identifying opportunities to enhance brand awareness and build a strong candidate pipeline
Conducting initial application screening and/or phone interviews, including providing feedback or rejection where appropriate
Maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) for vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Coordinating and managing interviews in collaboration with candidates and hiring managers
Managing the closing stages of the recruitment process, including verbal offers and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
Delivering regular and ad hoc updates to stakeholders
About you:
Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency
Ability to manage multiple roles, including high-volume recruitment campaigns
Strong attention to detail with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
We support flexible working to suit individual needs; however, this role requires on-site presence in Coventry two days per week.
