Delivery Manager
£700 a day all in
Part time 50% - 2,5 days per week - No exception as written in contract with client
DM for content migration team = equal to our B3 or B2
  • agile
  • need to be able to oversee the work of a single Kainos scrum team
  • for the Open University, Higher Education experience nice to have but not essential
  • Need to be self sufficient
  • can drive delivery, create and execute against a delivery plan
  • coach the team on good agile ways of working
  • reporting e.g. sprint reports, burn ups and burn downs
  • managing team performance
  • stakeholder management essential
