Job Summary
As a Vice President in the Cash Operations Transformation team, your role provides a unique opportunity to work in Payments, the fastest changing areas in the Financial Services industry, shaping how to operationally support new products while partnering with the business to ensure the successful execution of the Payments franchiseâs strategy and enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.

Proven experience in product management or a related domain, with a track record of delivering results
Hands-on expertise in operational management, change readiness, and product deployment
Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders to design and implement process improvements using core technology and digital tools

Clear, confident communicator at all organizational levels
Logical, structured problem-solver with disciplined planning and decision-making
Solid understanding of controls, risk management, and compliance protocols
