What you’ll do:
As a Senior Direct Sales Executive, you will be responsible for successfully winning new business and achieve your monthly new business target in line with the company’s strategic plan. This will be achieved through identifying SME’s and developing a personal prospect funnel.
You will monitor the performance of customers to ensure they trade to profile and within our terms, you will deliver an action plans if variances occur.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be target driven with experience gained within a core sales environment and naturally find motivation in achieving sales targets.
Key Role Responsibilities:
New Business
Manage and convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
Build a pipeline of prospective customers by researching and identifying potential leads through outbound call activity.
Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Offer tailored solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential customers.
Be a product expert, answering customer questions relating to the product specifications and pricing.
Confidently explains and negotiates our commercial offering.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer information in CRM software. Compliance is key.
Consistently onboard new customers using the prospect funnel you created.
Organise and hold meetings with customers to proactively drive sales.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Coordinate and manage sales documentation and contracts, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of all DHL pro
