Shift Manager – Night Shift 22:00/06:00 5/7
As a Night Shift Process Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for a core area of the hub during one of our most critical trading periods. Managing Inbound, Outbound, Manual or International areas, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver safe, compliant and high-performing operations against demanding targets.
You’ll lead confident, capable teams through a high-volume night operation — balancing people leadership, real-time decision making and performance control. This role suits a resilient, self-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering results first time, every time.
Responsibilities
Lead and control night shift operations to deliver productivity, throughput and service targets
Ensure effective resourcing and deployment to meet forecasted volumes and Client SLAs
Lead, coach and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders through regular reviews and engagement
Manage shift costs, performance reporting, asset usage and damage reduction
Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene and quality across all operational activity
Drive consistency, compliance and best-practice ways of working throughout the night operation
