Actica Consulting is looking for a talented Integration and Identity Architect to help shape secure access solutions across sophisticated, multi-network environments. You’ll be responsible for crafting and delivering modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities that support mission objectives, safeguard information, and enable seamless, trusted user access.

This position plays a central role in defining how identity services evolve across high-security programmes, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive secure interoperability, Zero Trust adoption, and resilient digital identity ecosystems.

What you’ll be doing

• Establish and guide cross-domain identity scenarios and integrated ICAM capabilities
• Maintain full-lifecycle alignment of access and credential standards across environments
• Develop architecture models linked to recognised frameworks and programme goals
• Map identity flows between systems, including credentials, access rules, and trust boundaries
• Design and deploy identity federation across multiple secure platforms
• Introduce and support PIV/CAC-type authentication, MFA, PKI, and secure credential management across domains
• Connect identity services with cross-domain solutions to maintain validated access controls
• Embed Zero Trust principles, such as least-privilege access, role- and rule-based controls, and constant verification
• Ensure strong audit, credential governance, and federation policy observance
• Coordinate with delivery partners to achieve secure and interoperable access
• Use MBSE tools like SysML and NAF to model identity solutions and validate behaviours
• Conduct hands-on testing, lab-based validation, and real-world trials
• Produce detailed deliverables, including identity models, federation diagrams, lifecycle tracking documentation, policy artefacts, CDS integration guidance, and compliance outputs

About you

You bring deep experience in IAM and secure systems architecture, ideally gained in defence, government, or similarly sensitive environments. You’re adept at working with stakeholders, managing complex technical challenges, and delivering identity services that are robust and scalable.
